As a result, the stress, strength and toughness of the saw blade body are not uniform, and the saw blade is unstable in use, which affects the cutting quality and service life.

 

Since the structure and properties of steel after heat treatment are invisible, even with special inspection instruments can not check the quality of each position, so it is very important to use reliable heat treatment equipment and strict operation control when we produce saw blades, including woodworking saw blade, metal cutting saw blade and HSS saw blade.
