Development Of New PVD Coating To HSS Saw Blade

In order to further improve the performance of HSS saw blade for cutting of high alloy steels, stainless steels and very hard steel with high cutting speeds, a high-performance HSS saw blade was successfully developed by introducing AlTiN coating. AlTiN coatings offer better wear resistance and heat resistance with a hardness of 32GPa and a maximum service temperature of 900 degrees.
